Graham Hill Nominating Team Minutes — Stacey Pitts, Fiona Giles, Scott Ringgold, Betina Simmons Blaine
- Formally ask current Board whether they will cont. and in what role.
- Definitely need Treasurer, Secretary, Volunteer Coordinator
- Translations into prevalent GH languages needed — Fiona & Stacey will work on getting flier translated. (IAs for speed).
- Ask PTA Board re a thank you for IAs for translating. (Fiona)
- Scott will update flier Fri.
- Fliers out Mon.(Betina) due back 3.26 — fliers twice
- Scott will craft message to room parents to involve all parents.
- Reminder in Ms. Morningstar’s newsletter.
- Post fliers around school, coffee hour, etc. — betina simmons
- Fiona & Stacey will attend Board Mtg. 3.11
- Nominating Team to attend Mar. PTA mtg. 3.25.
- Betina to forward notes to PTA Board, Scott will post on GH Wiki.
- Board elections in April so that new Board can get up to speed last two Board/PTA mtgs.
