Purpose of the team: To coordinate PTA communication with parents, teachers and staff and to provide information about the school to prospective families.
- Maintain a useful and up-to-date school website.
- Moderate the Graham Hill community's email group.
- Explore other online tools to promote better parent communication.
- Explore new options for publishing the school newsletter.
- Assess the existing website and update it to reflect current school & PTA programs.
- Once online tools are ready, strategize how to get parents to use them.
- Whenever possible, provide non-electronic alternatives to communicate the same material with parents.
