Flyer Design Standards

It's important to have consistency in the look of flyers that come home from the PTA so that people can immediately know who they're from.

1) Use a title font called Felt to grab people's attention. Here is a sample of what this font looks like:

To install regular (FELTMARK.TTF) and italic (FELTMARI.TTF) versions of the Felt font (assuming you are running Windows and using the Internet Explorer browser), right-click each of the links below and choose "Save Target As…" then select the C:\WINDOWS\Fonts directory as the location. Once you have done this, these fonts should be available on your system.1

2) Put the Graham Hill whale logo on the flyer:

GH_whale_logoRight click on the image and select "Save Target As…" to download this image to your PC.

3) Include relevant pictures or logos to draw attention.

Some fonts you might consider for the body are: Maiandra GD, Verdana, Comic Sans MS and Tahoma. No more than two font families (including the font used for the title) should be used in any given flyer.
